On the occasions that we have provided Steinway concert rental pianos to M.I.T.’s Kresge Auditorium, Kathleen has provided the required concert preparation. As such, she is one of very few technicians in the Boston area whom we allow to work on our Steinway concert grands. Her technical skills are of the highest caliber.

Kathleen is an excellent piano tuner.
